Founded in 1965, ECIS (the Educational Collaborative for International Schools) is a non-profit global membership organisation that provides professional learning, quality assurance, school services, research, advocacy, and grants and awards for the benefit of its members.
We were initially tasked with merely ‘refreshing’ their existing identity which featured a globe icon and looked very dated. However during the design process we the created the current more modern logo which is based on the four brand pillars: Learning, Research, Advocacy and Funding, extracted through a business and brand strategy workshop with the client.
The ECIS social networking and connection portal was designed to create a comprehensive hub for educators, teachers and schools and university to share information, create groups, find jobs, attend events, create and share white papers. There were 2 accounts with seperate functions and interactions that could be created: Personal for educators and University pages, for Institutions.
